The suites offer fantastic bay views, and the fishing pier is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the pool could use better maintenance. Didn’t like waiting long for the elevator. Overall, it's a decent place for a family stay.

The views from the balcony were fantastic, and having a full kitchen was very convenient for our family. Rooms could definitely use a better cleaning; we noticed some unclean areas during our stay. Fishing pier access was a nice bonus for those who enjoy it.

Stunning views from the balcony made mornings special, but the check-in experience was frustrating. The front desk staff seemed clueless; I asked for a bayfront room and ended up facing mucky water instead. Security was not friendly upon arrival, adding to the stress. The room was clean and spacious, yet the lack of dish soap and no room service made it feel like a hassle. Nice property, but needs some serious improvements in service.

The room's bed was uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The pull-out sofa was worse; my daughter resorted to sleeping on the floor with a thin mattress. Temperature control worked fine, but there was noise from the old elevators. The bathroom door barely shut and the shower drain was dirty. There were signs of wear throughout, with dusty floors and broken dresser drawers. The view from the balcony was disappointing, with a noticeable sewer smell from the cove. the room needs significant attention to improve comfort and cleanliness.

Sailport Waterfront Suites offers stunning ocean views and comfortable beds, making for a pleasant night’s sleep. The room temperature is easily adjustable, and the shower provides excellent water pressure. some amenities could use attention, and the overall maintenance appears lacking. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, ideal for kids. There's a nice pool area with a bar and the staff is friendly, making us feel welcome.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but the experience was worth it.

Chillin' at the beach and hittin' up the pool with my crew was epic. The location was clutch, close to rad spots for hangin' out and enjoying the sun. Perfect for squad goals, fam!
Wish there was a happening club nearby for some sick parties after sunset.

The heating and air conditioning in the room were a bit tricky to adjust at first, but once I figured it out, it worked well to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. Unfortunately, there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a bit disappointing as I enjoy having a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The lack of garden furniture also meant I couldn't relax outside and enjoy the fresh air. The bathtub was clean and spacious, but the free toiletries provided were limited and not of the best quality. On the bright side, the cookware and kitchen utensils in the room were sufficient for me to whip up a quick meal. I didn't see an AM/FM alarm clock or a CD player in the room, which would have been nice additions for entertainment. The direct dial telephone came in handy for making local calls. While there was no dry cleaning or grocery shopping service available, the onsite shops provided some convenience for getting basic necessities. The laundry facilities were useful for keeping my clothes clean during my stay. I wasn't offered a welcome drink upon check-in, which would have been a nice touch to start off my stay on a more welcoming note.

The location was perfect for our concert, just a quick 13-minute Uber ride away! The pool was a blast for the kids, and we loved watching the dolphins from our deck. The room felt like a cozy studio with a full kitchen and an awesome pool view!

The location is stunning. Beautiful sunset views and a spacious suite enhanced the experience. The pool and on-site restaurant offered delicious food, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the front desk staff's service left much to be desired. Miscommunication regarding my room led to confusion and frustration. The hotel itself is outdated. Elevators were inadequate, making luggage transport a hassle. Cleanliness issues in the suite were concerning, with leftover food in drawers. No maid service for short stays is inconvenient. While I appreciated the shuttle service, better attention to room assignments and maintenance would elevate the experience substantially. I enjoyed my time but noted significant room for improvement.

This hotel is situated perfectly for those looking to immerse themselves in Tampa, with attractions like Busch Gardens and the Florida Aquarium just a short drive away, while the bay view from my room was breathtaking, and the heated pool made for a relaxing retreat; plus, there are fantastic dining options nearby, like Pearly's and Rusty Pelican, all within a less than 5-minute walk. The amenities were great, although the rooms could use a little updating.

Location was fantastic! Close to the airport and a short drive to the marina and beach. Room had a lovely view, full kitchen, and friendly staff who ensured our stay was hassle-free. We even got a room upgrade without any hassle!
Limited seating in the dining area, bedroom smelled of smoke due to previous guests, and a bit far from the bustling St Pete beaches. The lack of proper ventilation made the room uncomfortably warm.

Had a relaxing weekend enjoying the water view from the balcony and the spacious room with a full kitchen. The reception was efficient, and we appreciated the tiki bar on-site offering delicious food and drinks at affordable prices. We didn't feel the need to leave for meals, a great perk. The location with easy access to a car was also convenient.

Unwinding after a day of chasing grandkids at great nearby golf courses, enjoying Busch Gardens, Zoo, and Ybor City, and easy shuttle service to the Cruise Port for some R & R with my military buddies.
I just love stained carpets and living in the '70s! .

The spacious room overlooked the pool and bay, offering a fantastic view for relaxing family time. The kids loved the on-site amenities, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the deck.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities would enhance the stay.

I recently stayed at Sailport Waterfront Suites and was thrilled with the large, comfortable two-bedroom suite I booked for my family. The bay view from our balcony was stunning. The spaciousness and cozy beds made for a wonderful stay. I'll recommend this hotel.

the location is fantastic, overlooking Old Tampa bay. the well equipped large room with modern furniture, hairdryer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. the laundry room with 10 washers and 10 driers came in handy for my travels.

Gorgeous bay views from every room, heated pool for a relaxing swim, security staff for peace of mind. Convenient to airport and downtown.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel near Tampa Bay. The room was spacious with a nice view of the pool. The food at the pool was delicious, and the sunsets were beautiful. The location was perfect for dropping off our daughter at the nearby university. The hotel had great amenities including a pool, restaurant, and a private beach area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
The water pressure was not the best and there were some unpleasant smells from the drains. The elevator was slow and not conveniently located.

the view of the bay from every window was amazing and the condo set up was nice. the tiki bar had excellent staff - good food, and great presentation. the parking was covered and more than adequate.
Would be happy to recommend.
